of 201 Buena Vista Avenue, a former employee of the Public Works Department, died this morning at St. Joseph's Hospital, after an illness of two days. Son of the late Timothy and the late Katherine Clark Morrissey. During the first World War, Mr. Morrissey was a private in Company F, 11th Engineers, one of the first regiments to arrive in France. After attending School Three, he worked as a painter until his employment in the Public Works Department. Surviving are brother, John J. Morrissey, former Democratic Supervisor of the Fourth Ward, and sister, Mrs. James J. [Mary] Egan, whose husband was also once Democratic Supervisor of the Fourth Ward.
