Dixie Elizabeth Cochran, 60, of Kingston died on May 10, 2008 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. Funeral services were held Monday at Lower Campground Church with Rev. Chad Wilson officiating. Interment was in Liberty Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home. She was born on September 17, 1947 in Rogers, the daughter of Boyd Rachael and Ina Beatrice (Benton) Harp. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Nita Sue Cochran; her mother; her brother, J. B. Harp; and her sister, Bonnie Pearl Harp. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Denver Junior Cochran; her daughter, Rita Lou Cochran of the home; her father, Boyd Rachael Harp of Rule; her brother, Luke Harp of Huntsville; and her sisters, Amy Leona Harp of Carr Lane, Missouri, Alberta Margie Fort of Rogers, and Doris Elizabeth Bumgarner of Huntsville.
