1947 Quincy Avenue, passed away at the Westview Nursing Home, on Monday, November 25, 1985, at the age of 84 years. Mr Gulbrandson was born in Oslo, Norway, on October 10, 1901, and came to Racine from Marseilles, IL, 59 years ago. He was employed with several Electrical Contractors in the Racine area and he retired from St Luke's Hospital in 1966. He was a member of Christ Church United Methodist, and a 58 year member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 430. On February 20, 1926, he was united in marriage to the former Margaret V Cerutti who survives him along with one son, Martin (Shirley) Gulbrandson of Racine; one daughter, Marjorie (Dennis) Kozich of Middleton, WI; six grandchildren, Kurt Gulbrandson with the US Navy at San Diego, CA; Chris, Gregg and Brad Gulbrandson of Racine, Kathryn and Robert Kozich of Middleton; brother-in-law, John (Rosemary) Cerutti of Sarasota, FL; sister-in-law, Lillian Cerutti of St Petersburg Beach, FL; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday evening, November 27, at 6:30 pm at the Draeger Langendorf Funeral Home, 1910 Taylor Ave with Rev Lowell Bartel officiating. Private burial will be at West Lawn on Wednesday from 4:30 pm untilt the time of the services at the funeral home. Memorials in his memory may be made to either the Racine Visiting Nurses Association, Respite Services from Holy Communion Church or Christ Church United Methodist.
