Daniel Paul Hawkins, son of George and Stacy Hawkins, was born near Busby, Kansas, December 26, 1921. He spent his early childhoood in the Busby community, later moving to Elk Falls, where he grew to manhood and obtained most of his schooling.
The family and many friends will remember Daniel as being a clean up-right boy in his community. He has left a vacancy in our midst which none other can fill.
