A former resident of Harmony and Pound, Wisconsin he was a lifetime member of the DAV Chapter #45 and a veteran of World War II and the Korean conflict.
Mr. Kramer was born July 30, 1927 in Minneapolis, Minnesota and died April 7, 1995 in VA Hospital of Portland Oregon.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Dolores Kramer; four sons, Kirk, Tim and Tracy Speicher of Tum Tum and Kent of Spokane, Wa.; two daughters, Karla of Tum Tum and Tami of Spokane; 11 grandchildren;; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Lorene and Fern of Mineapolis, MN; two brothers, Bart of Portland, Ore., and Clair of Peshtigo, WI and his mother-in-law, Irona Butler of Harmony.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Archie Kramer, a brother, Marvin and a sister Marge.
