William Husbands is my 5x great-grandfather. He served in the Revolutionary War and was a war Pensioner in Green County, Alabama. He was 75 years old when he was listed as being in the country 1833. Revolutionary War File - Alabama 13340, Book E, Vol. 8, pg. 46.

"Private N. C. Militia; enrolled July 2, 1833, under act of Congress of June 7, 1832, payment to date from March 4, 1831; annual allowance, $80; sums received to date of publication of list, $240.--Revolutionary Pension Roll, in Vol. xiv, Sen. Doc. 514, 23rd Cong., 1st sess., 1833-34."

Son of John Husband and Tabitha Bean.
