He is survived by his wife Lucy Roysdon Delk sons, Edd and Eugene of Dayton, Ohio, Enos of Detroit, Ralph of the US Air Force, Jesse of Wartburg and Estle Delk of AZ, daughters Dorothy Gore and Ann Hooks of Detroit, one brother Albert of Oneida, TN. Sisters, Ova Morris of Oneidat, Ester Smith and Reba Hamby of Dayton, Ohio, Sarah Hyder and Delphia Price of Crossville, TN and Avo Delk of PA, 27 grandchildren. Mr. Delk was buried in the Taylor Cemetery.
