Billy was baptized and confirmed at Bethel Lutheran Church in Fergus Falls MN, he was a member of First Lutheran Church in Battle Lake when he passed away. He graduated from Battle Lake High School, class of 2001. He was a wonderful young man. We miss his smile so much. He was loved very much by his family, friends and respected by his coworkers. He had just completed 2 years of Culinary Arts training at North Dakota State College of Science and was working as a Chef. He was very much in love with his girlfriend, Krissie. He passed away from an Asthma attack in the middle of the night. We trust that he is with God and we will see him again. Son of Douglas and Cheryl Kottom.
