She was born July 15, 1899, in Arvada. She attended the University of Denver and the University of Colorado at Denver.
On Feb. 4, 1922, she married Elmer K. Hoover. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, District 50 Retired Teachers Association and FISH, a church organization.
She is survived by three nieces, Rachel Hamilton, Rexford, Mont., Joan Parriot, Denver, and Vera Bullard, Phoenix; and a nephew, Robert Bullard, Hudson.
