Spike was my best friend. I had just lost a dog a few months after I got him. He was a rat terrier and was always into everything. I live alone and had to go to work every day. It broke my heart to put him in a cage all day long so I started letting him roam about the house. One cold day I got home late from work and found little Spike hanging from the curtains. He had somehow gotten his collar tangled in them. I had the feeling he was looking for me. I bundled up his little body and took him to be cremated and have his ashes scattered in the pet cemetery. Spike was not quite a year old.
I want to send a very special and heartfelt "Thank You" to SHERRI SNEED FARR for sponsoring little Spike's memorial. Please visit her family if you have some time and leave some nice flowers.
Cremated, Ashes scattered.
