Mrs. Lydia Bowman died November 2nd at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Herman Kessler, in Los Angeles, California.

Mrs. Bowman came with her husband and family to Laclede County from Illinois in 1882. They lived on a farm south of Lebanon for many years.

Mr. Bowman died about eleven years ago. Mrs. Bowman is survived by three sons, H. W. Bowman, of this city; William Bowman, of south of Lebanon, and Harrison Bowman, of Los Angeles, California, and three daughters, Mrs. Sam Hahn, Mrs. Herman Kessler and Mrs. E. W. Moffitt, all of Los Angeles.
