Larry Timm will conduct the service. Mr. Allen was cremated. The private family inurnment will be held in Cedar Point Cemetery at a later date.

The son of Lee E. and Yvonne Carpenter Allen, he was born April 21, 1951, at Wichita. He graduated from Council Grove High School in 1969.
Mr. Allen is survived by a son, Justin Lee Allen of Council Grove; his mother of Cedar Point; and three grandchildren. His father died Aug. 11, 1999.
