Raymond J. DeClercq, 80, died Monday at St. Joseph Medical Center. A native of Maples, he retired as a janitor at Stratoflex Inc. in 1982 after 24 years and was a World War II Army veteran. Surviving are his wife, Doris U.; and four sisters, Lillian DeClercq and Evelyn Brown, both of Van Wert, Ohio, Germaine Bopp of Lehigh Acres, Fla., and Mary Shellenbarger of Monroeville. Services at 11 a.m. today at St. Therese Catholic Church, 2304 Lower Huntington Road, with calling an hour before services. Burial in Prairie Grove Cemetery. Memorials to Masses. Arrangements by Elzey & Haggard Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road.
