Marvin Leroy "Butch" Fenter, 52, died Monday at Van Wert County Hospital, Van Wert. Born in Defiance, he was a self-employed truck driver. Surviving are his mother, Anna Marie Brummitt of Paulding; a companion, Connie Beair of Convoy; two sisters, Susie D. Gillenwater and Cheryl J. Gillenwater, both of Kingsport, Tenn.; three brothers, Harold and Ronald C., both of Oakwood, and Robert Lee of Defiance; two stepsisters, Sheila A. Calopletra of Wood River, Ill., and Loretta L. Griffiths of Jacksonville, Alaska and four stepbrothers, Jeffery A. Brummitt of Paulding, Roger W. Brummitt of Toledo, Buford M. Brummitt of Kingsport and Randy A. Brummitt of San Diego, Texas. Services at 2 p.m. Friday at Rock Church Junction, with calling two hours before services. Calling also from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the church. Burial in Ayersville Cemetery. Memorials to the family. Arrangements by Denherder Funeral Home, Paulding.
