Kenneth T. McLees, 58, 5627 Hwy C, Joplin, died at 3:10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, 1998, at St. John's Hospital, Joplin, after one year of ill health.

Mr. McLees was born Dec. 24, 1939 at Garnett, KS. He had lived in the Joplin area since December 1964. He was employed as a machine shop supervisor at Cardianal Scales, Webb City.

He married Janice Fritchey Jones, May 28, 1963 in Miami, OK. She survives. Additional survivors include a daughter, Roxanna Gay Kelley, rural Joplin; a son, Theodore C. McLees, rural Joplin; his mother, Hattie McLees Bastings, Granby, MO; a brother, Phillip D. McLees, Kansas City, MO; two sisters, Donna Beaver, Independence, MO, Darlene Nodine, Fairland, OK; eight grandchildren. A son, Harry F. McLees, preceded him in death.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Seneca Cemetery. Family members will serve as pallbearers.

Arrangements will be handled by Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca.

Family will receive visitors in the home of Kenny and Janice McLees.
