Sister of Hubert George Blevins, Blanche Kathryn Blevins, Thomas Albert Blevins, Daisy Maude Blevins Lewis, Woodrow Charles Smith Blevins, Paul Richard Blevins, Mary Alice Blevins Swanay, and Mark Troy Blevins.

Originally buried in Blevins-Smith cemetery where Watuaga Lake now exists. Re-interred at Union Baptist Church cemetery in 1947 along with original marker.
