Mrs. DeSloover was born July 1, 1898 in Riceville , Iowa , the daughter of Emeil [sic - Emil] and Ella Stirniman.
She is survived by her husband Victor, Salem, Oregon; three daughters, Mrs. David (Veronica) Clappier, Rochester , Minnesota ; Mrs. Gene ( Virginia ) Farus, DeWitt , Iowa and Mrs. Vivian Pearce, Traer , Iowa ; 9 grandchildren and one brother, Edward Stirniman, Brooklyn , Iowa . She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ernest, and one brother, Joe.
Interment was in Calvary Cemetery in Riceville with the Chisholm Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
