From other sources, Annanias HYATT aka Andrew HYATT, enlisted on 23 Sep 1861 serving as a Private in the 80th NY Infantry, Ulster Guard. He died about age 35 (or 38) of typhoid fever in Virginia on 20 December 1861. On the 1850 and 1860 US Census he and wife June were living in the Town of Olive, Ulster co., NY. He was also survived by two sons, Thomas and Theodore.
