Victim of the Oklahoma City bombing. She always had a smile on her face, said her sister-in-law, Doris Jennings. People seemed to love being around her, as shown by the 1,000 who attended her funeral Monday at the First Baptist Church of Tuttle. "She was just a fabulous person," Jennings said. "I said when she married my brother that I could have been jealous because my parents thought she was so wonderful, but she was." Biddy, 54, also enjoyed working in the church nursery. She was a service representative for the Social Security Administration. Her survivors include her husband, Henry, two sisters and a son and daughter-in-law."
