Mary was a 1952 graduate of Lebanon Catholic School and St. Joseph's School of Nursing and worked as a registered nurse at the Hershey Medical Center until her retirement. Mary was a member of St. Joan of Arc Parish in Hershey. Mary was a kind hearted person. She enjoyed cooking, taking trips to the casino and the beach, shopping for antiques, and playing cards and board games.
She is survived by a son, David J. Horetsky, of Mechanicsburg; three grandchildren, Danielle, Evan, and Taylor; a brother, Rudolph Croce; two sisters, Anna Ilgenfritz and Christina Mohl; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Horetsky; and several brothers and sisters.
A visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 8 at St. Mary's Church, 2 North 8th Street, Lebanon, PA 17046. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Lebanon. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary's name may be made to St. Mary's Church. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with the arrangements.
