Saskia S. Burke Murrieta, CA Saskia was tragically murdered December 20, 2011, in California. Her father was seriously stabbed, as was her boyfriend, Connor. She is survived by her parents, Paul and Catherine (Hadwin) Burke; brother, Ian; sister, Kessa; grandparents, Bill and Dorothy Burke and Peggy Hadwin; great-grandmother, E. Moore; aunts and uncles, Skip and Karen Burke, Jay Burke and Scott and Lacey Hadwin; along with 5 cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles and many friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Gary Hadwin and several great-grandparents. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Saskia Burke Memorial Fund, C/O PNC Bank, 4308 Holt Rd., Holt, MI 48842-1660, which will be used toward medical expenses for her father.
