Son of the late Carl J. and Mary (Conley) Aiello. Raised and educated in Newton, he was a graduate of Our Lady's High School. Following his graduation Mr. Aiello joined the United States Navy and served for over twenty years retiring in 1976 as Senior and Master Chief Petty Officer with Naval Air Maintenance and Training Group where he was a member of the "Association of Old Buzzards Special Projects". Mr. Aiello also had a second career for twenty years with Panametrics in Waltham. He was a member of the Sudbury American Legion Post # 191 and a Life member of the VFW Post 1812 in Maynard. During his retirement Mr. Aiello volunteered as a driver for the F.I.S.H. organization in Sudbury. In addition to his wife, he leaves four children.
