Charles was the son of Delarma Pepple and Lydia Ann (Harrold) Pepple.
He married Golda A. Meese on Mar. 16, 1905 in DeKalb Co., IN.
Children of Charles and Golda include:

Wilbur Pepple (1907-1986)

Final Rites Are Today For Charles Pepple, 76

Charles H. Pepple, 76, of Huntertown, a native of DeKalb county, died Tuesday at 8 a.m. at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Erman Warner of Huntertown. He was the father of Walter C. Pepple of 510 Ensley avenue, Auburn, and a brother of Frank and Daniel Pepple of Rt. 1. Garrett.

Mr. Pepple had been in poor health for three years and be had been seriously ill for three weeks.

Final rites will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Huntertown Methodist church with the Rev. Charles Rhoades officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Chapel cemetery, southeast of Garrett. The McKee funeral home in Garrett is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Pepple was born Dec. 7, 1880, in DeKalb county, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Delarma Pepple. He was later married and divorced.

Surviving besides the daughter in Huntertown, the son in Auburn and the brothers near Garrett are another son, Wilbur W. of Fort Wayne; two other daughters, Mrs. Sam Bireley and Mrs. Paul McDougall of Huntertown; two other brothers, William of Avila and James of LaOtto and six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Mr. Pepple was a member of the Huntertown Methodist church and had resided in that community since 1921.
