FORT WORTH - Bill Boyce, 81, a retired photoengraver, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2006.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday in Lucas Sylvania Chapel in Fort Worth, Jim Hackney officiating. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Lucas Funeral Home in Fort Worth.

Memorials: charity of choice.

Bill was a member Heritage Church of Christ, formerly of Midtown and Riverside Church of Christ. He served his country in World War II. For many years, he owned and operated Stafford photo and engraving. He was a proud graduate of Carter Riverside High School where he excelled in sports. He was known for his great sense of humor and love for the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy Sue Goddard; a son, Billy Richard Boyce Jr.; and his parents.

Survivors: Wife of 31 years, son of Fort Collins, Colo.; daughters of Fort Worth and Albuquerque, N.M.; sister, of North Richland Hills; grandchildren and great-grandchild.
