Dr. Ora Hubert Tallman was born in Ontario Canada and was an evangelist throughout Canada and into the southern U.S. between 1900 and 1955 when he died. He emigrated to the US around 1922 to live permanently.
He was the President of a Bible College he and his brother Ozro Ellis (O.E.) Tallman established in Nova Scotia. In the midst of his early preaching and educating endeavours he became one of the early practicing chiropractors in Ontario
