LIZELLA - Hubert B. Calhoun, 74, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2009 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue with burial in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Paul Meadows and the Rev. Brad Marchman will officiate. The family will meet friends from 7 - 9 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. -Mr. Calhoun, son of the late Richard and Lula Smith Calhoun, was born in Wilcox County. He was a retired service station attendant and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. -Survivors include his wife, Margaret M. Calhoun of Lizella; his son, Donald G. Calhoun of Lizella; brother, B. A.
