Funeral services for Cecil Chester Beall, 53, Tecumseh, a former Tri-County resident, were held at 3:30 p.m. Monday, at the Alfalfa Baptist Church. Rev. Clifford Renfrow, pastor of the New Hope Baptist Church, Tecumseh officiating.
Beall died Saturday at Tecumseh. Interment was in the Alfalfa Cemetery.
Beall was born June 30, 1918, in Carnegie. He graduated from the Carnegie High School in 1937. He had also attended school at Alfalfa and was a member of the Alfalfa Baptist Church. Mr. Beall was married to the former Mildred Cain. He was a farmer in the Carnegie community until 1957 when he and his family moved to Oklahoma City. He was preceded in death by his wife in January 1968.
He was married to Rita Nutt September 5, 1970 and moved to Tecumseh where he was residing at the time of his death.
He is survived by his wife, Rita, of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Donald Willis, Alfalfa; two sons, Dennis, Oklahoma City, and Don of Fort Worth; six grandchildren; two brothers, Dale of Anadarko; adn Elvert of Oklahoma City; and two sisters, Mrs. Hazel Holsted, Mountain View, and Mrs. Velma Scott of Alfalfa."
