SPRINGDALE - Allen Louis Stidham, 52, died Oct. 29, 2009, in Springdale.
He was born March 30, 1957, in Immokalee, Fla., to Lola Jean Sims and Louis Stidham. He was a carpenter and an accomplished singer.
Survivors include a daughter, Silva Ann Pierson of Fayetteville; a son, Jerrod Allen Stidham of Fayetteville; a grandson; two brothers, including Richard Stidham of Tontitown.
Services will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Large Pavilion of Lake Fayetteville.
Arrangements are by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home in Rogers.

Allen and I grew up together.
He was more like my brother than my nephew, he was 9 months older than me.
He passed away on my son Mikes birthday (who is also in heaven 1975-1991).
He now is with his mother (Lola Jean Stidham) and his youngest brother (Jamie Stidham) in heaven.
I miss him, but I am glad he is no longer suffering.
