Judith loved life and extended a caring and compassionate heart to all those she encountered. She was mother to three, and "Mom" to many. She will be remembered for her loving kindness. In recent years she enjoyed spending time with family and friends, attending concerts at the Flint Folk Society, Saturday mornings at the Flint Farmer's Market and supporting the local arts.
Judith was preceded in death by her father William H. Brooks and mother Florence (McGovern) Brooks. In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons, one daughter, one granddaughter, one brother and his wife, as well as six nephews. In lieu of flowers, a donation could be made to the American Liver Foundation in the name of Judith Ryan.
