Mrs. O. C. Coker Buried Here
The body of Mrs. O. C. Coker was brought to this city from Texarkana yesterday and laid to rest in Oakwood. The funeral services were held at the Methodist Church in this city yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock; the service being conducted by Rev. E. H. Coston, pastor of the Presbyterian Church, following which the body was laid to rest in Oakwood, a large number of friends being present at the services.
Mrs. Coker having passed away on Tuesday, according to the message received here.
Mrs. Coker formerly lived with her family on the Rowton farm, north of Honey Grove, but following the death of her husband several months ago, moved to Ark.
She was about 40 years of age at her death and was an excellent woman, and a devoted member of the Methodist Church.
She is survived by her two sons.
