Robert was the son of Albert and Bessie (Speck) Bellrichard. He graduated from Fort Atkinson Vocational School with a degree in agriculture. He served in the United States Army from 1942-1945 in the 432nd Infantry Division in Italy and Northern Africa. He married Jean McBeth on September 28, 1946. He was employed by the Fisher Body (General Motors Corporation) for seven years and then by Arwell Pest Control/Orkin Pest Control until his 1982 retirement. He is survived by his three children; five grandchildren; two sisters and many nieces and nephews.
