Barham is the son of William W & Mariah [Ray] Bobo, the grandson of Solomon Jr & Elizabeth [White] Bobo, all buried at this cemetery.

He married Frances Virginia "Fannie" Ray, on 15 Nov 1867, in Union County SC. She was a twin. The daughter of William Martingale & Mary Ann "Anna" [Hill] Ray, of Union Co SC.

They had 7 known children:

Served Civil War in Capt William Gist 'Gist Guards', as 1st Sgt Co B 15th SC Inf Regt. Served with Army of Northern Virginia, and the Army of Tennessee, and all the major battles these armies were engaged.
