While Jesse Morgan Forham was a child, charges were brought against Adell & Fred Fordham by the boy's maternal grandfather, Elihu Fordham. Charges of abuse against the child were found to carry some weight. There was a trustee to oversee the boy until he became 18 years.
Later-it was reported that Adell was injured while walking with her husband on a board walk in Gouvernor, NY & she suffered & as a result she died. Fred sued the city. (Information to be completed soon.)
