JOHN VAN HUSER, 54, of 7852 Brownell Road, Kirkville, died yesterday at St. Joseph’s hospital after a short illness. A veteran of World War II, Mr. Huser was with Carrier Corporation for 29 years.
He was a member of the Carrier Recreation Club and Local Union 527 and was a trustee of the Fyler Community Church.
Surviving are his wife, Vera Van Huser; two brothers, Norman and Henry; both of East Syracuse; three sisters, Mrs. Elma Larsen, Mrs. Mertha McDowell, and Miss Laura Van Huser of Chittenango; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Fyler Community Church, the Rev. George Southall officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
