The Ironton native was born April 23, 1927, son of the late Noah and Dollie Jones. He was the husband of Mark K Perkins Jones, who survives.
He was a US Army Air WWII veteran and retired from Rockwell International Corp. He was past president of Local No 9 UAW, a member of the American Legion and a life member of the VFW Post 9857.
Funeral will be at 11am Friday at Phillips Funeral Home, with Rev Robert Wilson Officiating. Burial will be at Woodland Cemetery.
