After Andro died in the car crash, the church had to buy land for a cemetery. He and his cousins, the two Popadak brothers, also killed in the crash, were the first to be buried in the St Cyril and Methodius cemetary.
His wife Zuzana died Oct. 14, 1915, in Lisbon Falls, Maine, and is buried in Sts. Cyril and Methodius Cemetery. Sometime after her death, Andro married Katherine Mayar of Bridgeport, Conn., possibly in Bridgeport, which had a large Slovak population.
