Beverly Jean Saling was born, October 29, 1932 in Slayton, Minnesota to James and Louisa Smith.

She moved to Concord as a child and graduated from Mt. Diablo High.

She married George Saling on March 14, 1952, they celebrated over 33 years of marriage.

He passed away in 1985.

Survivors include two daughters, Iva (Bill) Cochran and Barbara (Bobby) Oliver; two sons, James and George Saling; two sisters, Lois Knutson and Eleanor Bunker; three grandchildren, Teresa, Melissa and Michael; and three great-grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew and Jeremy.

Preceding her in death were her husband and grandson, Billy Cochran.

Beverly will be remembered for the importance she placed on her family.

She will be greatly missed by friends and family.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Ouimet Bros. Chapel, 4125 Clayton Road in Concord.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday morning at 11:00 AM at Ouimet Bros. Chapel.

Graveside services will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Ouimet Bros. Chapel (925) 682-4242
