Ella Mae Mohler, 62, of 104 N. 14th St., Murphysboro, was dead on arrival at St. Joseph Hospital, Murphysboro, Friday.

Mrs. Mohler was associated with the Mohler Studio, Murphysboro, and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the First Lutheran Church, Murphysboro.

She was born in Murphysboro on Nov. 4, 1911, daughter of the late Rollie and Minnie Dagle Whittenberg. She married Harvey Mohler in Nashville on Dec. 30, 1920. He died Jan. 12, 1973.

Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Dale Harry of Little Rock, Ark.; one brother, Leslie Whittenberg of Rochester, N.Y.; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Crawshaw Mortuary Chapel, Murphysboro, with the Rev. William Boatman officiating. Burial will be at Glenhaven [sic Pleasant Grove] Cemetery, Murphysboro. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday after 5 p.m.
