Joseph's first wife is Nellie Bell Pickett buried in Olney Cemetery in Pendleton, Oregon in a 4 grave plot purchased upon her death. She was a young school teacher in Pilot Rock, Ore., and died of meningitis in a hospital in Pendleton. One plot remains unused and I've put my name on ownership to be changed at my families discretion if I don't use it.
