Gerald F. Dellinger Obituary
Westfield ---- Gerald F. Dellinger, 84, of Westfield died Sunday, Dec. 20, 1998, at St. Vincent Carmel Hospital. Mr. Dellinger was a farmer. After retiring from farming, he and his wife served as custodians at Nothside Baptist Church for several years. He was born May 2, 1914, in Hobbs, Ind., the son of Oris Emmet and Viola Leona (VanNess) Dellinger. He married Mary M. (Stottlemyer) Dellinger April 6, 1935. She preceded him in death. Mr. Dellinger was a member of Arcadia Christian Church and Noblesville Senior Citizens.
He is survived by a daughter of Carmel; a grandson of Carmel.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Ronald J. Dellinger; a sister, Mable Dever; and a brother Elza Dellinger.
Calling will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hartley Funeral Homes Arcadia Chapel. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mark Coffey officiating. Burial will be in Arcadia Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Arcadia Christian Church, c/o Hartley Funeral Homes, P.O. Box 476, Arcadia, IN 46030.
