Was married to Louisa Haymore on 11 Sept. 1846. Father to Mary Catherine Vaughan. Note: Some people have recorded that he died May 3. I have found no paper trail documentation of this. If it exists, please share. The widow's pension papers his wife filed years later states he died May 8 in the fires at Chancellorsville. The fires were set after the battle to my knowledge.
