Chester Duane Price, 42, of Haleyville, AL, arrested and charged with the first-degree murder and kidnapping of Andrea Gail Parsons, a Port Salerno girl who disappeared 17 years ago after buying snacks at the neighborhood store near her home. He'll be arraigned in Martin County Court, currently in the Martin County Jail.
The Andrea Gail Parsons case was featured on "Nancy Grace: America's Missing."
She was last seen July 11, 1993 leaving Bucky's Port Salerno Grocery, about two blocks from her home on Ebbtide Avenue, with penny candy and chips.
