Bradford's most prominent citizens,
died at an early hour Friday morning
after an illness of about ten weeks
from a complication of diseases. Mr.
Fagnan was born in Buffalo, and when
a young man entered the employ of
the; Olean, Bradford and Warren railroad.
He later engaged in the drug
business in Bradford, and was promli-
ent in the affairs of the city, He
also took a leading part in the politics
of McKean county, being elected coun-
ty treasurer on the Democratic ticket,
and later, mayor of Bradford. He was
a prominent Mason and was a member
of a number of other fraternal orders.
