Macey was a retired laborer for Bucky Brother Concrete and Construction. He is the son of the late Charles Sr. and Minnie (Shipley) Yarnelli. He was in the U.S. Army and served in the Korean War and National Guard. He married Mary Louise Halblaub. They had two daughters, Camilla Rose Yarnelli and Tandra Lou Yarnelli both of Newark.
Funeral Service was held at Brucker & Kishler Funeral Home; cremation followed.
