Dean Ellsworth Foreman, age 58, passed away on November 16, 2011 in Provo, UT.

Born July 26, 1953 in Laramie, WY to Lawrence Edward and Ramona Rice Foreman. Dean married Debra Lynn Plumb on August 2, 1975 in the Oakland Temple.

Dean loved skiing, scuba diving, and enjoyed fast sports cars. He owned Foreman Construction Co. and wrote a book, "28 Laws of Contracting," a Construction Management Guide. Dean was an active member of the LDS Church, serving in many positions.

He is survived by his wife, Debra, and children, Stephanie (Robert) Larson, Diana (Joshua) Funsch, Derek Foreman, Christina Foreman, and Michael Foreman; eight grandchildren; father, Edward Foreman; step-mother, Christel Foreman; and siblings, Perry, LeGrand, and Antigone Susan Foreman. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ramona; two sisters, Karri and Konnie; and a brother, James.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 in the Midway Fifth Ward Chapel, 165 North Center Street, Midway, UT. Viewings will be held in the Relief Society room on Monday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:45-10:45 a.m., prior to the services.
Burial will be in the Midway Cemetery under the direction of Anderson & Sons Mortuary.
