Snyder, Harry E., 1885 – 1953, WW I; Harvey Snyder (1854, PA died 1947 in IA), and Mathilda Luttle (born 1859 Iowa and died 1934 in Iowa.
According to the 1920 census, he first married Amelia E Hesler, daughter of John & Christine Hesler. They had one son, Stewart. Harry is listed as a widower on the 1940 census.
He married Annie Clark Streets Snyder. Anna is the daughter of Jane Alzina Edward and David Allen Clark; she was previously married to Albert T. Streets who died in 1940. [1925 IA Census]. The Streets took possession of the Paralta store 28 Nov 1938. After Albert Street's death, Harry Snyder married Annie Clark Streets [1943]. The Snyders sold the store in May or June of 1945. The Snyders then lived for a time on a farm/acreage in the Ivanhoe area near Mount Vernon, IA.
