Timothy M. Kring, 43, of Germantown, Maryland, died suddenly from a motorcycle accident on Saturday, June 21, 2008, in Silver Spring, MD, where he had resided for 14 yrs. He was born on Friday, June 26, 1964, in Massillon, Ohio. He was employed by The National Institute of Standards and Technology (which is under the US Department of Commerce) as a Human Resource Specialist. He was a graduate of Massillon's Washington High School in 1982. He loved music, working on his computer, video games, was an active bowler and a member of the H.O.G. (Harley Owners Group). He was a former member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Massillon. He served his country honorably for 10 years in the Navy and served during Desert Storm. He is survived by parents, Dr. Thomas and Joanne Kring of Massillon, Ohio; wife, Ninian Kring of Germantown, Maryland; daughter, Marissa Kring of Germantown, Maryland; sister, Debora R. Peters of Maple Heights, Ohio; sister, Sheri (Matt) Swank of Maple Valley, Washington; nephew, Brett Studer of Massillon, Ohio; nieces and nephews, Parker and Braden Swank, Stephanie McFadden, Nathaniel Hartman, Emily and Natalie Felouzis and Jordon Tabuno. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, June 30, 2008, 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Massillon, Ohio with Rev. William Bantz as celebrant. Burial was at Sunset Hills Burial Park, in Canton, Ohio.
