Marilyn E. Paine Dudkowski died of heart failure at Wilmington Hospital at the age of 38. She was a guidance counselor at Warner Elementary School from 1986 until her death. Prior to that she was a teacher first at H.B. du Pont Middle School from 1973-1978, then at Warner before becoming a counselor. She was a 1969 graduate of Ursuline Academy. She graduated from the University of Delaware in 1972 and earned a master's degree there in counseling in 1984.
