OBITUARY: Death of Mrs. J. H. Mack.
Mrs. Sarah Mack, wife of J. H. Mack of this city, passed away last Friday morning, of inflammation of the bowels.
Mrs. Mack was born in England in August 1864, and was in her 48th year. Her maiden name was Lee. She resided in that country until her marriage to Mr. Mack January 14, 1905. He was a resident of Woodburn prior to that time and they came at once to this city.
The funeral services were held at the Presbyterian church last Monday afternoon at two o'clock and were very largely attended. Mr. Vincent preached a very impressive funeral sermon. The interment was made in Belle Passi cemetery.
Mrs. Mack was a lady of a retiring disposition but a zealous and faithful Christian.
