William Franklin Burfield II, age 4, of Plainview died Monday, August 13, 2007. He was born March 15, 2003, in Danville, AR to William and Melissa Burfield of Plainview.
Preceded in death by his grandfather, Tony C. Burfield of Plainview; an aunt, Marylin R. Pickens of Plainview; and a great-grandmother, Sybil Dale.
Survivors include his parents; two brothers, Cody Burfield of Ola, Dalton Burfield of the home; five sisters, Hannah Burfield of the home, Crystal Copeland of Russellville, Melissa Potts-Summit of Ola, Samantha Lewis of Ola, and Jordan Nichols of Rover; grandparents, Alfred "Dempsey" and Betty Bly of Ola, Rebecca Rice of Plainview; uncle and aunt, Tony and Sharon Burfield of Plainview; two nieces, Autumn and Sadie; three nephews, Tray, Drake and Adain; and a number of cousins.
Pallbearers will be Tony Burfield, Kenny Smith, David Baker and Cody Burfield. Honorary Pallbearers are Dalton Burfield, Blake Boothe, Myles Johnson and Blaze Baker.
Visitation will be held at Cornwell Funeral Home in Danville on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 from 6 to 8 p. m. Funeral service will be on Thursday, August 16, 2007 at 2:00 p. m. at Jesus Name Pentecostal Church in Plainview. Burial will be at Sandlin Cemetery in Ola, Ark.
